    Return Window:

    You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To Be Eligible for a Return:

    The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window.

    You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

    Exchanges:

    Need a different size or style? No problem! We’ll happily exchange your item—just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.

    Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.

    Return Shipping:

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    We’ll provide clear instructions and a return address when you get in touch.

    Booking & Payment

    All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system.

    Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

    Sessions are 60 minutes and held via Zoom/in-person depending on your location.

    Rescheduling & Cancellations

    You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or to move your session to a new date.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

    No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

    Birth Info Requirement

    A precise birth time is required for an accurate reading.

    Please provide your date, time, and place of birth when booking.

    If you are unsure of your birth time, we recommend contacting the hospital or local birth records department to request it.

    Pre-Session Prep

    You’ll receive a confirmation email upon booking with any prep details.

    If you’d like to share specific questions or focus areas, you can reply to the confirmation email in advance.
