Some journeys are planned. Others are destined. In 2024, Carla and Kenzie met on a retreat in Egypt. At the time, neither knew how deeply this land would impact them. But Egypt has a way of doing that.
It awakens something. It slows you down enough to hear yourself again. It reminds you that life is far more mysterious, magical, and expansive than we often allow ourselves to believe. While their experiences unfolded differently, both left Egypt transformed.
Both found their own sense of wonder here. And both carried the same quiet vision home: "One day, I want to bring people back here."
Over the years, that vision continued to grow. Carla deepened her connection with the healing wisdom of water, energy, and remembrance. Kenzie deepened her work with astrology, the stars, and the cosmic rhythms that guide our lives.
Two different paths. Two unique gifts. Yet both leading toward the same truth: That when we reconnect with ourselves, we reconnect with wonder. Now, years later, those paths have come together.
Return to Wonder was born from a shared calling to bring people into an experience that is both grounding and expansive, ancient and cosmic, deeply personal and profoundly transformative.
A journey where sacred waters meet celestial wisdom. Where temples become mirrors. Where the desert becomes a teacher. Where wonder is not something you seek. It is something you remember. And we cannot imagine a more powerful place for that remembrance than Egypt.

Imagine returning home feeling:
More connected to yourself
Clearer on your path forward
Deeply grounded and present
Open to possibility
Trusting your intuition
Inspired by life again

Itinerary Highlights
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo & Opening Ceremony
Upon arrival you will be met and assisted at the airport before transferring to our hotel overlooking the Great Pyramids of Giza. As the sun sets we gather for our first evening together. We will meet our local wisdom keeper, guides, and facilitation team.
Day 4: Kom ombo
Awaken to sunrise over the Nile and enjoy a morning of sailing, meditation, and reflection.
At Kom Ombo, we visit the temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus.
We then continue to Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt.
Day 7: Karnak & Luxor Temple
At Karnak, the largest temple complex ever built, we walk among towering columns, sacred sanctuaries, and avenues of ram-headed sphinxes dedicated to Amun-Ra and the divine forces of creation.
We then continue to Luxor Temple, often referred to as the Temple of Humanity.
Day 2: Saqqara, The Serapeum & Journey to the Nile
Today we enter one of Egypt's oldest and most mysterious ceremonial landscapes. At the Saqqara Pyramid Complex, we explore the legendary Serapeum, an underground network of vast granite chambers that continues to inspire wonder and speculation.
Day 5: Abydos
We then continue to Abydos, one of the holiest pilgrimage destinations of Ancient Egypt. At the Temple of Seti I, we explore beautifully preserved reliefs, sacred chambers, and ancient healing imagery.
Behind the temple lies the Osirion, a megalithic structure associated with the teachings of Osiris and the mysteries of death, rebirth, and spiritual initiation.
Day 8: The Great Pyramid & The Sphinx
Our final full day together unfolds at the Giza Plateau.
This extraordinary experience includes private access to the Sphinx enclosure and exploration of the Great Pyramid.
Following breakfast overlooking the pyramids, we continue our exploration of the plateau, including the Pyramid of Menkaure. For those who wish, an optional camel ride offers a perspective across the desert landscape.
Day 3: Temple of Isis & Elephantine Island
This morning we visit the magnificent Temple of Isis, one of the most important pilgrimage centers of the ancient world. Associated with the star Sirius and the annual flooding of the Nile, the Temple of Isis invites us into themes of devotion, renewal, feminine wisdom, and rebirth.
Day 6: Dendera
At Dendera, we enter the Temple of Hathor, goddess of love, beauty, joy, healing, and celestial wisdom.
Famous for its vivid colours and astronomical ceiling, this temple remains one of Egypt's most breathtaking sacred sites.
Day 9-13: Journey to Siwa Oasis
After breakfast, we begin our journey westward toward the mystical Siwa Oasis.
Known for its ancient oracle traditions, healing springs, vast desert landscapes, and deep spiritual history, Siwa offers an entirely new chapter in our Egyptian adventure.
We explore Sacred springs, desert landscapes, local culture, and spend our time integrating.
